Susan Opalk has been in the escrow business for almost 30 years. Starting her career in Northern California, she moved to Glendale in 1979, working as an escrow officer specializing in commercial property and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. In 2001, she opened an escrow office in Los Feliz with Scott Akerley, merging ownership with American Trust Escrow in 2003. She now takes an active role in both public relations and escrow training for real estate agents and employees.

Our Los Feliz office is located in the business district of this
ever-expanding community just east of Hollywood, California. Located on
Hillhurst Avenue just north of Sunset Boulevard, this office serves the Los
Feliz, Silver Lake, and Hollywood areas. Just blocks from the Griffith
Observatory and the Greek Theatre makes this office easy to find by anyone.
Metered parking is available on the street immediately in front of our
office or feel free to utilize the parking lot provided just behind the
building.
