Nan Sandford is a prominent member of the Pasadena community and is well liked by all. Her personality, knowledge and commitment to escrow makes any transaction a pleasant experience for all involved. Nan has more than 25 years experience in escrow and is well versed in the technical aspects of any real estate transaction, whether it be a residential sale, refinance, investment property/commercial or tax deffered exchanges. As a graduate of New England School of Design - Architectural Rendering, there has always been a lover for real estate. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Nan soon became acquainted in another aspect of real estate - "escrow" as an escrow assistant for Citizens Bank in downtown Los Angeles. Our American Trust Escrow Pasadena Office opened in 2003 with Nan Sandford as our primary escrow officer and we attribute our growing success to her unsurpassed level of client service and experience.
