Sam Sergio Loyola
Sam Sergio Loyola began his escrow career in 1986, joining American Trust Escrow in 2003. Throughout his many years in the industry, he has developed a strong technical background in a variety of office settings. Beginning as an Escrow Assistant, he has worked diligently to his current position as Branch Manager of the Sunset office by serving his client's on the Westside of Los Angeles with professionalism and respect at all times. In addition to maintaining his own desk, he has been supervising a high volume REO unit for 2 years, dealing with multiple lenders and asset companies. He is a Certified Escrow Officer as well as a Notary Public for the State of California.
